      David B. Boredom\u200b <\/strong>, President and CEO of US Steel, said:<\/p>\n\n

      ” Despite seasonal constraints in the Flat-Rolled segment and low spot prices , we achieved adjusted operating profit of $ 172 million<\/strong> . The Mini Mill segment<\/strong> performed positively with increased shipments from the Big River 2 ( BR2) <\/strong>project , and EBITDA margin<\/strong> in this segment reached 10 percent<\/strong> . We expect the first quarter to be our lowest liquidity of the year , primarily due to working capital and costs related to the BR2 project . ”

      Forecast for the second quarter of 2025:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
